Our story
LoneStar Global Test Laboratories are built on the foundations of longstanding expertise, continuity of technical understanding and a commitment to deliver consistently high standards of customer service excellence.
Operating as a primary source of testing excellence.
Through all of our ISO/IEC 17025 and 17020 accredited independent test labs, we deliver exceptional evaluation and inspection services that enable the ‘right-first-time’ deployment of critical materials and components that have been sourced, tested and certified to satisfy national, international, industry and customer requirements.
Since 2001, we have been committed to a relentless pursuit of testing excellence, pushing us to certify zero-defect materials and components that are further strengthened by robust and legally compliant documentation.
Today, we continue to operate under the stringent standards of national and international accreditation bodies, where ultimate attention-to-detail and faultless execution remain paramount to our everyday. Discover our legacy below.

-
2002 – TripleFast Middle East Ltd – Test Laboratory and Inspection Division established.
The TripleFast Middle East Ltd – Test Laboratory and Inspection Division began testing in 2002 with basic mechanical instruments, including vernier callipers, micrometres and thread gauges. Soon after, the lab’s first Avery Brinell Hardness Tester was installed.
-
2003 – Quality Management certification.
The LoneStar Fasteners Test Laboratory is established and receives its first ISO 9001 certification.
-
2010 – 2012 – A culture of continuous investment.
The LoneStar PRD Laboratory invested in two Zwick 600 kN tensile testing machines to meet increased demand and specific customer needs. Additional equipment upgrades included an Ernst AT130 Hardness Tester, a Charpy Impact Tester, a Universal Testing Machine (UTM), XRF PMI and Salt spray technologies.
-
2013 – Future-ready facilities.
The LoneStar PRD Laboratory moved to a purpose-built facility that offered increased floor space for equipment upgrades and future operational expansion.
-
2015 – Meeting technical standards.
The LoneStar Fasteners Laboratory was successfully granted API 20E initial certification number 20E-0007 from the American Petroleum Institute. The certification sets strict rules for manufacturing, testing and tracking fasteners to prevent high-pressure failures.
-
2015 – The United Kingdom Accreditation Service.
The LoneStar PRD laboratory was successfully granted UKAS status under licence number 8436. UKAS assesses and accredits organisations that provide certification, testing, inspection and calibration services.
-
2018 – Expanding capabilities.
The LoneStar Fasteners Laboratory was successfully granted API 20F initial certification number 20E-0015. The laboratory also invested in a new Universal TM Model 300SL tension machine to support tensile, wedge/full-size, proof load and axial tension testing. In the same year, The LoneStar PRD Laboratory submitted an AC4 extension to scope to add new tests, methods and equipment to their existing UKAS Accreditation.
-
2020 – 2021 – Increased scope.
The LoneStar PRD Laboratory invested in new metallographic polishing and a new microscope that included Clemex software before submitting a successful UKAS AC4 extension to scope to include mechanical and microstructure testing.
-
2022 – The Oracle Test Laboratory established.
The LoneStar PRD Laboratory officially changed its name to The Oracle Test Laboratory, signifying the fact it provides the operational blueprint for all LoneStar Global Test Laboratories.
-
2023 – 2025 – Growing from strength to strength.
The LoneStar Fasteners Laboratory continued to invest in technologies and equipment, expanding in-house capabilities to perform Charpy low-temperature tests, microhardness testing, metallurgical polishing/testing, as well as increasing capacity to undertake multiple tests at once. In addition, the lab gained ASNT Level III certifications in mag, liquid penetrant and visual testing as well as ISO 9712 II and III certifications.
-
2025 – Triplefast Middle East Achieves Dual Accreditation
ISO/IEC 17020 and ISO/IEC 17025 standards are awarded to TripleFast Middle East Ltd – Test Laboratory and Inspection Division.
